Dr. Klassen studied Optometry at the University of Waterloo and graduated in 2013 with honors. She completed her ocular disease rotation in Mobile, Alabama, where she was exposed to a host of corneal, retinal, and optic nerve diseases. She is especially passionate about children's eyecare. This passion was ignited when she spent a summer in research on children with poor eye coordination and learning disabilities at UWSO.
Dr. Klassen and her husband have two delightful young daughters who love to sing and dance. In her spare time, Dr. Klassen enjoys reading a good book, and all things fitness and nutrition. |
